What happens when you receive an offer?
At the time an offer is received, I will review the price, terms, conditions and deadlines with you.
You can either accept the offer as is or we can discuss a counter proposal. You can counter things such as price, dates and deadlines, closing costs, title company used, etc.
Once you and the buyer agree to a mutually acceptable price and terms and the offer is signed by both parties, you go under contract.
Lots happens during the contract period, but don’t worry, I am with you every step of the way until closing!
